Cathy helped me to by my first house. She was kind and understanding throughout and had a great sense of humor. I ask a lot of questions and she was sure to answer all of them and was quite patient. Whatever she did not know off of the top of her head she found out quickly. She was very prompt in communication and though I know she had other clients throughout my process with her, she always made me feel like I was her only client. I never felt pressured to buy and always felt that she had my best interest in mind. I feel that I was high maintenance as a client but she never acted impatient with me at all which was awesome! After months of searching I finally found the right place, but I had travel plans. She actually handled most of the leg work that I normally would have been responsible for and made it possible for me to go through the buying process from 2000 miles away with ease. I got a fixer upper and she even gave me a thoughtful housewarming gift and a gift card to home depot. In a word, Im pretty sure that Cathy is the BEST REAL ESTATE AGENT EVER! Highly recommended. :D

Cathy Griffith is the BEST! She listens! I had a quick window of time to find a home. 3 days. Cathy did her homework and was able to show homes that fit exactly what I was looking for in Santa Fe. She did not waste my time or hers which was greatly appreciated. I was able to find the perfect home and get to the contract stage before I had to leave town. We were first time home buyers and started working with Cathy way back in December and I have nothing but good things to say about our experience! We were looking for a house in the Pojoaque valley, which is a difficult area to work in, but Cathy was with us every step of the way. Cathy was always available and very responsive, which is great for a nervous personality like myself! I cannot recommend here enough!

Cathy helped me purchase a townhouse in Santa Fe New Mexico. The sellers did not have a realtor so there was an extra burden on Cathy to communicate directly with them and at the same time represent me. There was a lot negotiation involving the price which had to be further adjusted after the appraisal came back a little low. Through it all Cathy was very responsive and very timely with the required documentation. The closing went off without a hitch and I was very satisfied.

Very easy to work with and very accommodating. She was always punctual and professional. I enjoyed working with her. She volunteered services, i.e.; suggested people who could manage the property. The entire process was smooth and free from surprises. She was straight forward about what the seller expected from me and gave me forewarning when something was expected of me. I was able to focusing most of the paperwork from my smartphone which was convenient.

We just relocated from Los Angeles. Cathy is smart and energetic. She went above and beyond in helping us understand Santa Fe. For example, she drove us through relevant neighborhoods so we could have context (paved streets? traffic problems? noise?). Cathy was immediately responsive through text/email/phone. She dealt well with Sellers' agent. We closed on the home we wanted. Cathy works as part of Ricky Allen's team at Sotheby's. We met with Ricky because of our positive experience with Cathy when viewing a home. We engaged Ricky and Cathy and highly recommend them.

Where do I start with Cathy? Let's start with professionalism. From our very first phone call with Cathy, to the last dotted line, she was there in every aspect. We moved from Texa,s after living there 54 years, needless to say it was both a stressful and emotional move for our family. From helping to choose a school for our 14 year old daughter to home contractors she was there, and everywhere in between. We were able to close in 41 days... Note The Seller lived in Europe, we were in Texas and Cathy was here in Sante Fe! So, it was no walk in the park. Her team handled every small or large detail in a quick and professional manner.
