When making an offer she was helpful in defining value and past prices to allow us to make smart buying decisions. Once we were under contract she chased the process while we could focus on selling our old home. She not only closed but watched our home for two weeks until we could make the trek to Santa Fe. We worked with Cathy to find a new home and sell ours. I first met Cathy thru a home I saw on Zillow in 2015. At the time I was looking for an investment property in Santa Fe. We communicated often as I would see properties of interest. My direction changed when the family decided it was time to find a new home, still in Santa Fe, but meant putting our home on the market and finding a new one. After about a year of searching and numerous showings (arranged by Cathy) we finally found our new home. We decided to purchase the home right away but pressure was on to get our house on the market. We took a leap of faith in Cathy and the "team" to get our house sold, we certainly did not want two mortgages! The entire team came to met with us and gave us the game plan on how to do that. With a lot of work on everyone's part, the home went under contract in 28 days and closed escrow shortly after. Cathy is personable, relatable and responsive. She negotiated both sales with our interest at heart and has made the process a lot less stressful.
