Our experience with Cathy was great, she was very informative of every home we visited and knowledgeable about the areas as well. She took us to homes we had on our list, not homes we weren't interested in. We had gone through various realtors in other states and came away rather disappointed, they showed their "prime homes" and not what we were really looking for.
