Cathy was the first to respond to our Zillow request to view homes, and I'm glad she did! We did a whirlwind of homes I had seen on Zillow in a single day. She was very patient as we toured homes that were not as exciting as their pictures (or perhaps more so), and provided expert guidance on the local neighborhoods and home buying process. Her responses were very quick through text and phone calls and she was present as I read through all the documents at closing. We unfortunately did not get sellers agreement on repairing or investigating several significant issues but they did cover others. I hope to work with Cathy again and recommend her whole heartedly
